He holds an MBA and professional designations as a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
His career began in accounting and financial analysis, where he spent nine years developing a deep understanding of fiscal responsibility, budgeting, and asset management. He later transitioned into property management, gaining 14 years of hands-on experience leading residential and mixed-use communities with a focus on leadership, compliance, and operations.
Today, Howard specializes in property and casualty insurance for community associations, combining financial expertise and operational insight to deliver smart, cost-effective coverage.

She provides risk management and insurance consultation for our client partners and mentors our growing team.

Allen Hudson has over 20 years of experience in the Insurance & Risk Management Industries, with a special focus on Real Estate and Multi-Family risk.
He is a Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and faculty member for the National Alliance of Insurance Education & Research (NAIER), where he teaches risk management and insurance to insurance professionals across the country.
Allen launched CRA to proactively address the evolving challenges facing his clients. As insurance costs rise, he recognized the need for a firm with deep, industry-specific expertise that traditional agents and carriers often lack.
This specialized focus allows CRA to deliver greater value through access to niche markets, personalized service, proactive risk strategies, and competitive insurance solutions tailored to the multi-family industry.

Chad Beffa, Midwest Territory Manager, brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, with deep specialization in Community Association, Habitational, and Construction Insurance. He began his insurance career shortly after graduating from Winona State University and relocating to Chicago.
Chad is an active member of the Chicago Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is committed to supporting the organization’s mission through ongoing engagement and collaboration.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on Chicago sports teams, and exploring the city’s diverse neighborhoods and dynamic culinary scene.
Tyler joined CRA in March 2025, bringing nearly a decade of Community Association Insurance experience. He entered into the insurance industry following service as a Finance Officer in the United States Army, where he gained hands-on experience actively managing risk and creating contingency plans and SOPs. He is a proud Alumnus of the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) with a Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction in Economics & Business. Tyler holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation through the National Alliance of Insurance Education & Research and is a CAI (Community Associations Institute) Educated Business Partner. Tyler is an active member of the Washington, D.C. Metro, Chesapeake Regional, and North Carolina Chapters of Community Associations Institute. In his spare time, Tyler is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his growing family and playing golf.

At Community Risk Advisors, he oversees financial operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and client support in policy management and insurance financing.
